We offer a rental contract.
The rental is for 6 people over 13 years and two children from 2 to 13 years (babies are not taken into account in the capacity),
Rental only weekly from Saturday to Saturday
The cottage is non-smoking.
We accept animals on an exceptional basis
With conditions and after telephone exchanges with the tenant.
Do not forget the insurance (the tenant is responsible for any damage arising from his fact).
Article 1 - length of stay: The tenant signing the contract concluded for a fixed period can not under any circumstances rely on any right to stay in the place at the end of the stay.
Article 2 - The rental option is maintained for 5 working days from the date of the contract heading.
Conclusion of contract:The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent to the owner a deposit representing 50% of the total amount of the rental and a copy of the contract signed before the date indicated (second paragraph of page 2 of the contract). A second copy must be kept by the tenant. The rental concluded between the parties can not in any case benefit even partially to third parties, natural persons or legal entities, unless written agreement of the owner. Any breach of this clause would be likely to result in immediate termination of the tenancy to the lessee, the proceeds of the lease remaining permanently vested to the owner.
Article 3 - cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
A) cancellation before arrival in the premises: the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry.If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and the owner can dispose of his cottage. Deposits also remain vested to the owner.
(B) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains vested to the owner. No reimbursement will be made.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner pays the tenant double the amount of the sums collected.
Article 5 - Arrival: The tenant must arrive on the day specified and the time mentioned on the contract. In case of delayed arrival, the tenant must inform the owner.
Article 6 - payment of the balance: The balance is paid by check or transfer before arrival or in cash on the day of your arrival.
Article 7 - inventory: An inventory is established in common and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative at the entrance and departure of the chalet.This inventory constitutes the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the state of the premises. The state of cleanliness of the lodging at the arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory of the premises. Cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before his departure (we propose a cleaning option).
Article 8 - security deposit or deposit: On arrival of the tenant, a security deposit - the amount of which is indicated at the beginning of the contract - is requested by the owner. After the contradictory establishment of the inventory of the places of exit, this deposit is refunded, after deduction of the cost of restoration of the premises if degradations were found. In the event of early departure (prior to the time mentioned on the description sheet) preventing the inventory from being drawn up on the day of departure of the tenant, the security deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding Not two weeks.
Article 9- use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and make use of it according to the destination of the premises.
Article 10 - capacity: This contract is established for a maximum capacity of six persons. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner may refuse the additional persons.
Article 11 - animals: the contract specifies whether or not the tenant can stay with a domestic animal. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner can refuse the animals.
Article 12 - insurance: the lessee is liable for all damages arising from his act. He is invited to take out a type of holiday insurance contract for these various risks. The tenant must provide a certificate or a copy of this document before arrival in the chalet.
Article 13 - payment of electricity: at the beginning and at the end of the stay a statement shall be made in the presence of the tenant.Consumption is paid to the owner on the basis of the EDF tariff in force at the time of your rental (for information the periods off-peak hours are: 2 hours - 7 hours and 12.30 - 15.30 hours)
Article 14 - Wood for heating is provided free of charge by the owner to the tenant.
Article 15 - payment of options: At the end of the stay, the tenant must pay the owner the desired options not included in the price.
Article 16 - The tourist tax is to be borne by the tenant, the payment is made in cash destined for the Public Treasury. In exchange a host card offering benefits will be given to you. It is free for children under the age of thirteen.
Article 17 - dispute: Any complaint relating to the inventory and the condition of the descriptions at the time of a lease must be submitted within 3 days from the entry.
